Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials and products within the warehouse safely and efficiently.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment according to safety protocols.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and condition.
- Prepare orders for shipping by picking, packing, and labeling items.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S standards.
- Follow all safety guidelines and report any unsafe conditions immediately.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work night shifts (e.g., 7:00 PM - 3:00 AM) and weekends.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory and order accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
