Responsibilities
- Load and unload pallets and merchandise safely and efficiently using proper lifting techniques.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in strict compliance with safety protocols.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, accuracy, and proper labeling.
- Organize stock in designated storage areas to maintain inventory flow and retrieval efficiency.
- Ensure the warehouse environment remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as required by management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for entry-level roles.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekend days.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and attention to detail are essential.
