Responsibilities
- Pack, Seal, and Label: Prepare products for shipment according to safety standards and customer specifications.
- Inventory Management: Assist in scanning, counting, and organizing stock to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment (training provided).
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming goods for damage and ensure outgoing packages meet quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to meet daily production targets efficiently.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and possess a consistent work history.
- Communication: Basic English skills required for reading safety labels and communicating with supervisors.
