Responsibilities
- Execute daily receiving and shipping operations with precision, speed, and accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners, safely and efficiently.
- Perform inventory counts, stock organization, and cycle counting to maintain accurate records.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Load and unload trucks utilizing proper lifting techniques and safety gear.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be able to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy for scanning and logging, and strong attention to detail.
- Attitude: Strong commitment to workplace safety and team collaboration.
