Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Execute picking, packing, and shipping orders with a focus on 99.9% accuracy.
- Perform inventory counts and stock replenishment during the night cycle.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in strict compliance with safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to meet daily throughput targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts (Friday - Sunday) and night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn our WMS (Warehouse Management System).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
