Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks during night shifts.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory counts and ensure stock levels are correct.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance checks on warehouse equipment and report issues.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekend shifts and/or night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and a history of consistent attendance.
- Basic Skills: Ability to read labels and use basic technology (RF scanners). No prior experience required; training provided.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to get to the Nashville location.
