Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Manage inventory control processes, ensuring accurate stock levels and proper documentation.
- Perform receiving, picking, packing, and shipping tasks according to standard operating procedures.
- Conduct daily safety inspections of the work area and equipment to prevent accidents.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to meet safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the shift team to meet daily production and throughput targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts and weekends.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
