Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners to process orders efficiently.
- Loading & Unloading: Load and unload trailers with accuracy and speed, ensuring freight is secure for transport.
- Inventory Management: Assist in cycle counts, stocking shelves, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare packages for shipment, applying proper labels and documentation.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts and weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Focus: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
