Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move merchandise.
- Inventory Management: accurately scan, sort, and verify incoming and outgoing shipments to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Package Handling: Properly pack, label, and prepare items for shipping to ensure safe transit.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the night shift team to ensure smooth operations and workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a similar environment is preferred but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work Weekend Shifts and/or nights.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during shifts.
- Documentation: Must be eligible to work in the United States and possess a valid ID.
- Reliability: A strong track record of punctuality and attendance is essential.
