Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas
- Collaborate with day-shift team for seamless transition of operations
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Assist in receiving and processing inbound shipments
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital inventory tools
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexibility to work weekends (Fri-Sun) and overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Valid forklift certification preferred but not required (training available)
