As a Weekend Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations, ensuring that products are handled with care and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight trucks safely and efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Sort, pack, and organize inventory according to company standards.
- Perform daily inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily operational targets.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and workplace regulations.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to the Philadelphia facility.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for scanning and inventory.
- Previous warehouse or retail experience is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
