Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service during weekend night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Manage inventory and stock shelves efficiently during overnight operations
- Operate POS systems and process transactions accurately
- Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards throughout shifts
- Assist with receiving and organizing merchandise deliveries
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure operational excellence
Qualifications
- Availability to work flexible weekend nights (Friday-Sunday 10 PM-6 AM)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Reliable transportation to/from the downtown location
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
