Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and support during overnight weekend shifts
- Monitor patient vital signs and document observations in electronic health records
- Assist with patient mobility, hygiene, and comfort measures
- Collaborate with nursing staff on care plans and patient updates
- Maintain a safe and sanitized patient environment
- Respond promptly to patient call lights and emergency situations
- Complete shift reports and handover procedures accurately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (CNA certification preferred)
- Minimum 1 year healthcare or patient care experience
- Valid CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
