Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve high-volume customer inquiries during peak night operations.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Proven ability to work rotating night shifts and weekends consistently.
- Strong computer literacy and fast typing skills (35+ WPM).

- Reliable transportation and a history of punctual attendance.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
