Responsibilities
- Manage and organize inventory stock levels to ensure optimal availability for weekend operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients visiting our facility.
- Assist in the processing and verification of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to execute daily operational goals and targets.
- Handle point-of-sale transactions and cash handling with accuracy.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and resolve issues effectively.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in logistics, customer service, or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Virginia Beach location.
