Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care during night and weekend shifts
- Administer medications and monitor patient vitals
- Maintain accurate medical documentation using EMR systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless patient transitions
- Respond promptly to emergency situations with clinical precision
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards
- Participate in continuous training and skill development programs
Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN license in Kentucky
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in acute care setting
- BLS/CPR certification required (ACLS preferred)
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Flexibility to cover variable weekend schedules
- EMR proficiency (Epic experience a plus)
- Valid Kentucky driver's license for transport duties
