Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory systems and coordinate warehouse operations during night/weekend shifts
- Dispatch delivery teams and troubleshoot logistics issues in real-time
- Generate shift reports and document operational activities
- Communicate effectively with overnight suppliers and regional partners
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards
- Support cross-functional teams during peak demand periods
- Train new temporary staff on shift-specific procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Basic proficiency with inventory management software
- Valid driver's license (required for occasional site visits)
- Availability to work Friday-Sunday 10 PM - 6 AM
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during shifts
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
