Responsibilities
- Execute efficient order picking and packing during weekend/nights
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jacks) safely
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety protocols
- Coordinate with day-shift team for seamless operations
- Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Flexibility to work weekends and nights (Thu-Sun)
- Basic computer literacy (WMS experience a plus)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
