Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care activities during night and weekend shifts
- Monitor equipment and facility security protocols overnight
- Assist with patient admissions and discharge procedures
- Communicate critical updates to on-call physicians and staff
- Maintain accurate documentation and electronic health records
- Respond to emergency situations following established protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for continuity of care
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in clinical or support healthcare setting
- Valid CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
