Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care during night and weekend shifts
- Monitor patient vital signs and administer medications accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for continuity of care
- Document patient records with precision and timeliness
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Mentor new staff during shift rotations
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active Arizona RN license required
- 1+ years of acute care nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Weekend flexibility (Saturday/Sunday availability)
- EMR proficiency (experience with Epic preferred)
