Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care during night and weekend shifts in hospital settings
- Monitor patient vitals and administer medications per physician protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during shift handovers
- Document patient records accurately and maintain HIPAA compliance
- Respond to emergency situations following established procedures
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control standards
- Support patient education and family communication during off-peak hours
Qualifications
- Current RN or LPN license in Georgia (required)
- 1+ years of acute care experience (preferred)
- BLS and ACLS certifications (must maintain)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Exceptional time management and prioritization skills
- Strong communication and documentation abilities
- Availability to work weekends and 12-hour night shifts
- Flexibility to cover multiple hospital units as needed
