Responsibilities
- Oversee overnight and weekend warehouse operations, ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Coordinate team activities, assign tasks, and monitor productivity metrics
- Conduct quality inspections and resolve operational issues promptly
- Train and mentor staff on equipment usage and company procedures
- Maintain accurate shift logs and inventory records
- Collaborate with day-shift supervisors for seamless handovers
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- Ability to work independently and make decisions during off-peak hours
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards
- Proficient in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Valid forklift certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Flexible availability for weekends and night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
