Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, and stock incoming merchandise accurately and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using WMS systems.
- Ensure all warehouse safety regulations and company policies are strictly followed.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain data accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and responsibly.
- Collaborate with team leads to streamline workflow and resolve operational issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
