Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 3+ years supervisory experience in shift-based environments

- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in shift management software (e.g., Deputy, When I Work)
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing principles preferred
