- Train on specialized weekend protocols and escalation procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of insurance verification processes
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Proficient with EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexibility to cover rotating weekend schedules (Sat/Sun)
- Basic medical terminology certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
