Responsibilities
- Oversee nightly operations across 3 departments during weekend shifts
- Manage team of 5-7 hourly staff, including scheduling and performance feedback
- Resolve client escalations and maintain service SLA compliance
- Conduct nightly equipment checks and safety protocol verification
- Prepare end-of-shift reports and handover documentation
- Coordinate with day-shift supervisors for operational continuity
- Implement process improvements based on weekend performance metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in 24/7 operations
- Proven ability to lead teams during non-standard hours
- Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Proficient in shift management software (e.g., Deputy, When I Work)
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
- Flexibility to work alternating weekends (Fri/Sat OR Sat/Sun)
- OSHA certification preferred (training provided if not certified)
