Responsibilities
- Supervise 8-12 team members during overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Monitor warehouse operations to ensure safety and efficiency
- Coordinate loading/unloading of freight using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Manage inventory counts and documentation accuracy
- Address operational issues and implement corrective actions
- Conduct shift handovers and communicate with day supervisors
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols are followed
Qualifications
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in logistics/manufacturing
- Forklift certification and heavy equipment operation skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Availability to work weekends and overnight shifts
- Basic computer proficiency with WMS systems
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- Must pass background check and pre-employment screening
