Responsibilities
- Unload, scan, and sort incoming shipments during night shifts
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy for weekend shipments
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely in compliance with OSHA standards
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistics issues
- Adhere to all safety protocols and housekeeping standards
- Train on new warehouse technologies and processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Flexibility to work Friday-Sunday nights (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- 1+ years warehouse experience preferred but not required
