Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship packages during overnight/weekend shifts
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and accurately
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks in all weather conditions
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Availability for nights (10 PM - 6 AM) and weekends (Sat/Sun)
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to the Harbor View Dr facility
