Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account information in CRM systems.
- Adhere to company scripts and policies to ensure brand consistency.
- Collaborate with the support team to escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Meet daily and weekly performance metrics and KPIs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or call centers is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong typing skills (35+ wpm) and computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace (for remote roles).
