- Meet daily and weekly performance metrics and call quality standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer skills and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Reliable internet connection for remote support roles.
