- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer issues efficiently using CRM software and established protocols
- Document interactions accurately in our customer database while maintaining confidentiality
- Meet key performance metrics including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve service quality
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and communication skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students welcome to apply
- Minimum 6 months customer service or call center experience preferred
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
