Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products/services
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (call quality, resolution time)
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes
- Adhere to compliance protocols and data security standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6 months+ customer service/call center experience preferred
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously
- Resilience under pressure and conflict resolution aptitude
- Available to work evenings/weekends (20-30 hrs/week)
- Proficient in typing with minimum 40 WPM
