Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and inquiries with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Assist customers with product information, billing questions, and account troubleshooting.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service quality and customer satisfaction scores.
- Handle difficult situations calmly and de-escalate conflicts to ensure customer retention.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on company policies and products.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Must reside within the Charlotte, NC area.
