Responsibilities
- Handle 40-60 inbound/outbound calls daily with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products/services using CRM systems
- Document interactions and update customer information accurately
- Meet key performance indicators including call quality and resolution rates
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 6+ months customer service/call center experience
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
