As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and empathy.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints, questions, and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document customer interactions and update our CRM database.
- Provide product information and explain billing inquiries clearly.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve call handling times and service quality.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
