Responsibilities
- Answer inbound and outbound customer calls with a professional and friendly tone.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently and accurately.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account information in the CRM system.
- Assist customers with product information, service orders, and technical troubleshooting.
- Maintain high call quality metrics and meet daily performance targets.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus.
