Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account status to clients.
- Assist customers in resolving billing issues, technical difficulties, and service requests.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all customer interactions within the CRM system.
- Adhere to all call scripts, quality assurance guidelines, and company policies.
- Collaborate with the support team to identify trends and improve overall service quality.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional and polite demeanor.
- Proficient in typing (35+ WPM) and navigating computer software.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and available for flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
