Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive tone.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account information into the CRM system.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to senior management or technical support when necessary.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with computer applications and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Must be able to work a rotating schedule, including evenings and weekends.
