Responsibilities
- Handle Inbound & Outbound Calls: Professionally manage high-volume customer interactions regarding products, services, and billing.
- Provide Exceptional Service: Utilize our paid training curriculum to resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive tone.
- Document Interactions: Accurately record customer details, feedback, and call logs in our CRM system.
- Upsell & Cross-Sell: Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services to meet company targets.
- Stay Updated: Continuously learn new policies and product knowledge through ongoing training sessions.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is a plus, but no prior call center experience is necessary if you are willing to learn.
- Availability: Must be available for part-time shifts, including weekends and evenings.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and a stable internet connection.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
