Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on high-quality service.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and concerns in a calm, professional, and timely manner.
- Process orders, returns, and account adjustments accurately using our CRM software.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior support staff or management when necessary.
- Upsell products and services to meet team performance targets where applicable.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not mandatory for immediate starters.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
- Ability to type 35+ WPM accurately.
- Must have a quiet workspace and reliable high-speed internet (if remote hybrid).
- Ability to work a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and holidays.
