As a Remote Call Center Representative, you will be the voice of our brand, ensuring our customers receive top-tier support from the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities
- Handle Inbound & Outbound Calls: professionally manage customer inquiries, account updates, and product information requests.
- Resolve Customer Issues: troubleshoot problems efficiently and provide solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
- Documentation: accurately document customer interactions and feedback within our CRM system.
- Multi-Tasking: manage multiple chat windows and phone lines simultaneously during peak hours.
- Product Training: Stay updated on product features and policies to provide accurate information.
- Quality Assurance: Meet or exceed daily call handling and KPI targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a call center, hospitality, or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per business needs.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
