Responsibilities
- Deliver real-time chat support for product inquiries, technical troubleshooting, and order assistance
- Maintain detailed case documentation and knowledge base contributions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for response time and CSAT scores
- Identify upsell opportunities through consultative chat interactions
- Participate in ongoing training to master product updates and service protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience via chat, email, or social media
- Exceptional written communication with clear, concise messaging
- Proficient in CRM platforms (Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar)
- Ability to multitask across 3-4 concurrent chat conversations
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
- Available for 20-30 hours/week across weekdays (evenings/weekends optional)
- US work authorization and NC residency required
