Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in real-time via live chat with a professional and friendly tone.
- Resolve customer issues, questions, and complaints efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team leads or supervisors when necessary.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and brand guidelines during every interaction.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services to meet KPIs.
- Collaborate with the support team to improve response times and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous customer service or chat support experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong typing skills (minimum 35 WPM) and accuracy.
- Excellent written communication and grammar skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
