Responsibilities
- Resolve Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries via live chat with accuracy, speed, and a friendly tone.
- Provide Technical Assistance: Troubleshoot common issues and guide customers through step-by-step solutions.
- Manage Accounts: Update customer records and document interactions within our CRM systems.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure every chat ends with a positive resolution and a high CSAT score.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the team to improve processes and share feedback.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of product knowledge and policy changes to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous customer service or chat support experience is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Exceptional written English skills with impeccable grammar and spelling.
- Typing: Ability to type at least 45 WPM with high accuracy.
- Reliability: Must have a stable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
