Responsibilities
- Deliver real-time support via text-based chat for SaaS products
- Resolve technical issues and billing inquiries with 90%+ resolution rate
- Document cases accurately in Zendesk with detailed notes
- Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 with clear context
- Maintain 95% chat availability during assigned shifts
- Contribute to knowledge base improvements
- Participate in weekly training sessions on new features
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED required; college preferred
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience
- 80+ WPM typing speed with 98% accuracy
- Proficient in CRM tools (Zendesk/Salesforce)
- Exceptional written communication skills
- Ability to multitask across 3-4 concurrent chats
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Available for evening/weekend shifts (4pm-10pm)
