Your Role
As a Chat Support Specialist, you will manage high volumes of incoming messages, ensuring that every customer interaction is resolved with empathy and efficiency. You will work closely with our technical teams to escalate issues and improve our products based on user feedback.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries in real-time via live chat platforms.
- Diagnose technical issues and provide step-by-step solutions to resolve user problems.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM database.
- Educate customers on product features and updates to enhance their user experience.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior support staff and engineering teams.
- Collaborate with the QA team to identify recurring pain points in our software.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support or technical assistance.
- Fluent in English with exceptional grammar and written communication skills.
- Proven typing speed of at least 45 WPM.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office space.
