- Troubleshoot technical issues for B2B SaaS products using diagnostic tools
- Document interactions and update CRM systems with detailed case notes
- Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 support with clear context
- Maintain 95% customer satisfaction score through empathetic communication
- Participate in weekly product knowledge training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience (chat support preferred)
- Excellent written communication with 60+ WPM typing speed
- Proficiency in Zendesk, Intercom, or similar support platforms
- Ability to multitask 3-4 concurrent conversations
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Available for evening/weekend shifts (4:00 PM - 10:00 PM PT)
