- Collaborate with Tier 2 support to troubleshoot complex technical escalations
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities for premium service tiers
- Adhere to SLA targets with average response time under 45 seconds
- Participate in weekly training sessions on product updates and communication best practices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience via chat, email, or social media
- Proven typing speed of 60+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Familiarity with Zendesk or Freshdesk chat platforms
- Exceptional written communication skills with professional tone
- Ability to multitask across 3+ concurrent chat windows
- Authorized to work in the United States
