Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via live chat with first-contact resolution focus
- Maintain detailed case documentation in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
- Identify upsell opportunities during customer interactions
- Adhere to SLA metrics and quality assurance standards
- Participate in bi-weekly team training and feedback sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience
- Exceptional written communication with 90+ WPM typing speed
- Proficiency in Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar platforms
- Ability to work evenings/weekends (20-30 hrs/week)
- Chicago residency required for occasional on-site events
